Context
The fast-growing demand for meat has raised concerns in recent years, with its implications ranging from environmental impact to animal welfare and personal well being. WEI investigates and questions the modern western diet centered on meat, where biases and lack of knowledge in preparing plant-based dishes persist.
Concept
WEI is a seasoning paper designed for people with meat-heavy diets.
With an “open-for-smell” seasoning paper that prompts people to buy more plant-based ingredients in an engaging way, the integrated seasonings on an edible paper also allow people to learn to cook plant-based ingredients easily.
WEI believes that seasoning can play a crucial role in motivating people to learn how to make less meat-centric meals and more plant-based dishes.
